Qualified Plans: |
Qualified Plan AdministrationQualified retirement plans represent the best combination of employee benefits and tax shelter now available under current law. The establishment of a qualified pension plan, whether defined contribution or defined benefit, provides employers with an assurance of future economic security for themselves and their employees and acts as a powerful vehicle for attracting and retaining long term employees. Compliance with the complex laws and regulations governing qualified plans is the cornerstone of plan administration. Failure to comply on a timely basis with these laws can result in significant penalties for a sponsoring employer, and thus mandates the use of a professional actuarial and pension consulting firm to successfully recognize and satisfy the ever changing technical requirements of the field. ERISA Consultants provides comprehensive professional services to help employers maintain the qualified status of their employee benefit plans under the Internal Revenue Code.
